On May 6th of 2020 Dreasjon Reed was murdered by IMPD officers Dejoure Mercer and Steven Scott. In the weeks that followed Indianapolis and the country at large were shaken by mass protests demanding justice, for not only Reed but others including George Floyd and Breonna Taylor, and major police reform/abolishment through reallocation of funds to other public services including education, social work, and infrastructure.

Musicians from Indiana have put together this compilation to raise money for Reed's family in pursuing justice for him and moving one step closer to ensuring a future where marginalized groups will no longer have to fear the brutality of an unjust system that values property and those who own it over every day working class citizens and those trying to make a better life for themselves and their families. All proceeds of this compilation will be directly donated to Reed's aunt, Quintina Lopez-Roque, at the link below.
